SATELLITES

Get a chance to play for the $1,000,000 prize pool for only $200!

Are you getting excited to play for your share of the cash? We feel that these satellites are one of the most exciting things about this event, and we are confident that players will love it! In order to make this one of the largest pool tournaments ever, we need a large field, and a lot of prize money! In order to deliver both of those, we have devised this Satellite structure and we have provided downloadable pdf files that will provide you with the structure, rules, and more. Even better, we have made another pdf file that promoters or room owners can download and use to promote their events.

How could you not take a shot at a price like this?
When was the last time that you had a chance to win up to $150,000 or more for a $25 investment? Playing pool? Of course, not everyone will win the big money, but everyone has an equal shot.

Want to get in, but can't find a satellite?
That's not a problem! Our simple structure allows any poolroom, anywhere in the world, to host a satellite. Just use the simple rules and structures provided below and host a satellite in your favorite poolroom.

Can I make anything for hosting a satellite?
Absolutely! Each satellite structure that we have provided below ensures that the host location will earn $200 and the tournament director will earn $200. Of course, if the pool room runs the tournament then the total $400 could go to the room. Or, the $400 could be put back into the prize pool if the pool room chooses to do so. Unfortunately, the mini-satellites do not provide extra monies for the promoter or the location. The mini-satellites are very inexpensive to allow many people the opportunity to play. Of course, while the players are in your pool room for an event they will most likely be spending money one way or another, so you still profit.

Our website is constantly being updated and worked on, some of the links below to the pdf files may not all be functional yet. Please check back soon for the downloadable files.

Payout Structure

1st: $5000 Entry into Main Event
(guaranteed $1000 payback)
2nd: $1200

NOTE: This structure is not designed to include a fee for the host location and the tournament director. Since this event is designed for just 8 players, it is intended to be a self-run small event that would allow players a discounted way to get into the main event.

The first place prize is actually valued at $5200, since there is a $200 administrative fee added to all satellites to be sent to Allen Hopkins Productions. Buying in directly for $5000 allows players to save this extra $200.
